ART CAMP 2024

In 2024, a team of 14 people from various parts of the Czech Republic, England and Canada travelled to Kenya to lead ArtCamp workshops for children and youth — covering all artistic disciplines and sports. We flew to Kenya for three weeks, from 11 August to 2 September 2024.

Two ArtCamps were held in two villages: Kapiyo (17–21 Aug) and Ndere (24–28 Aug). More than 200 children attended the camps in total.

Workshops included: music (singing, guitar, ukulele, piano, drums), visual art, drama and dance, sport (football, chess) and Biblical programmes.

Each day ended with a shared celebration where the children showed what they had learned. It was unforgettable!
